The house is comprised of 3 separate pavilions which are connected via Honed Beaumaniere French Limestone walkways. The King Master Suite with his and her bathrooms is housed independently in pavilion 1. Pavilion 2 houses the main living area as well as two additional King bedded suites. All of the suites are equipped with private bathrooms, televisions as well as their own outdoor lounge areas. It is rare to find a vacation rental where up to 4 couples can retreat to their own private spaces.

Booking Notes

Prior to making your reservations, we ask that you carefully review our policies and procedures.

PAYMENTS: Payments may be made by all major Credit Cards (Visa, MC, AMEX), Paypal, personal check, cashiers check, money order, bank transfers.

BOOKING PROCESS: Half (50%) of total balance due to reserve, the other 50% due 3 months (90 days) prior to the arrival date. If booked under 90 days prior to arrival the full amount is due.

CHECK-IN TIME is 4:00 PM and CHECK OUT TIME is 11:00 AM unless approved by the Property Manager.

SUPPLIES: All linens provided. TP/Paper Towels provided. Bath soap/Shamppp in each bathroom.

PETS: All properties have a no pet policy please inquire if exceptions can be made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: All rentals require a security deposit that will be "frozen" and only authorized but will not be charged unless damage or abuse occurs. The minimum deposit is $1,000.00 but may be made higher due to special circumstances. Any damages to the unit resulting from misuse, neglect abuse or theft by the guest or any member of his party or invitee will be charged to the security deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Fully refundable minus a $500 transaction fee if the reservation is canceled at least 120 days prior to your arrival, No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 120 days.
